Artists may participate by submitting physical artwork for display in the gallery, presenting a live performance during the Gallery Reception & Performance Showcase, or both.

Exhibition: September 25 – November 15, 2026
Gallery Reception & Performance Showcase: Saturday, October 10, 2026
Artwork Installation: September 20–24 by scheduled appointment

Physical artwork must be delivered by appointment. Accepted artists will receive installation scheduling information from Reading Pride. Please do not bring artwork to WCR without a confirmed appointment.

Submission of this form does not guarantee inclusion. Reading Pride will review submissions and contact participating artists with additional information.

WCR does not permit smoke/fog machines or confetti/glitter. Open flame requires advance written approval from WCR.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Reading Pride will facilitate artwork sales during the exhibition. WCR Center for the Arts receives a 20% commission on artwork sold during the exhibition. If my work is offered for sale, I will enter the full retail price I would like displayed.

If my artwork is accepted, I understand that it must be delivered for installation by scheduled appointment during the installation period and that I should not arrive at WCR Center for the Arts without a confirmed appointment. I am also responsible for retrieving my artwork after the exhibition according to the pickup instructions provided by Reading Pride.

I certify that I am the creator or authorized presenter of the artwork or performance submitted and have the right to exhibit or present it as proposed.

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee inclusion in the exhibition or Performance Showcase. Reading Pride may determine what work can be accommodated based on available gallery space, event scheduling, technical requirements, venue limitations, and other program needs.

I agree to follow instructions provided by Reading Pride and WCR Center for the Arts regarding installation, performance, safety, use of the facility, and removal of artwork or equipment.

I give Reading Pride Celebration and WCR Center for the Arts permission to use my public artist/performer name, submitted biography, images of submitted artwork, and photographs or recordings made in connection with the exhibition and Gallery Reception & Performance Showcase for event promotion, documentation, websites, social media, press materials, and organizational communications related to the event.
